International Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational and strategic recruitment processes for local markets.

• Organize recruitment activities and facilitate job briefings.

• Develop job advertisements across social media platforms.

• Maintain and update the candidate database.

• Actively search for potential candidates.

• Evaluate candidates, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, and lead feedback sessions.

• Establish strong relationships with sales and delivery managers to comprehend weekly hiring needs.

• Guide candidates throughout their entire journey, including after job commencement, to aid in their adjustment and success.

• Generate and identify new sources for reaching out to potential candidates.

• Handle candidate inquiries and provide pertinent information.

• Engage in training sessions and regular update meetings.

• Collaborate with a vibrant international team using Team Tailor, Slack, and Google Drive.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Norwegian, both spoken and written.

• Fluent in English at B2 level.

• Experience in sales or recruitment is preferred, but not mandatory.

• Residing in Greece, Bulgaria, or other regions of South-East Europe.

• Background in an international setting is a significant advantage.

• Prior remote work experience is preferred.

• Experience living abroad is beneficial but not essential.

• Familiarity with social media and its effective use as a recruitment tool.

• Openness to using personal social media accounts for professional purposes.

• Understanding of the mentality and culture of the supported languages and countries.

• High levels of integrity and dependability.

• Proactive mindset and willingness to seek clarification.

• Ability to commit to full-time work with flexible hours.
