International Benefits Analyst

📋 Description

• Assist in the daily operations and ongoing enhancement of global benefits programs

• Create and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Oversee benefits-related invoices and purchase orders

• Ensure proper documentation and communication to support employee self-service

• Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity and verify vendor billing accuracy

• Aid in vendor transitions, policy alignment, and process automation initiatives

• Work collaboratively with internal HR teams, external vendors, and finance departments

• Guarantee seamless execution, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience across international benefits programs
