This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Advocate for the company's product offerings while assisting Marketing Departments to enhance revenue and profitability.
• Formulate designated marketing strategies and offer support services to agents.
• Manage 50–100 calls daily with agencies and agents regarding assigned products.
• Recruit, train, support, and assist agents to optimize production levels.
• Aid agents in areas such as recruiting, training, contracting, certification, electronic signatures, telephonic signatures, and app-by-email concerns.
• Convey product details, rate modifications, and significant agent advantages.
• Ensure compliance with program reporting standards and sales criteria.
• Deliver training on technical support, as well as sales and marketing coaching.
• Recognize and nurture top producers while identifying agents facing challenges.
• Recruit agents for unique opportunities and alternative enrollment strategies.
• Develop and sustain agent/agency team lists alongside consistent communication and support.
• Update and maintain information in the Contact Management System and manage task lists.
• Oversee Team Roster management.
• Keep an up-to-date knowledge of industry reports, lead distribution/management, incomplete contracts, certification, agent performance, webinars, and SMS technology tools.
• Collaborate with team members on internal and external committees and special initiatives.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related discipline.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in the general insurance sector or a related field.
• Life/Health Insurance license is required.
• Familiarity with the insurance services industry and relevant product lines.
• Understanding of industry protocols, practices, and terminology.
• Skills in inbound and outbound customer service interactions.
• Proficient in negotiation and problem-resolution techniques.
• Competence with office equipment.
• Time management, organizational, project management, and detail-oriented skills are essential.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Capability to interact professionally with diverse personalities and challenging scenarios.
• Skill in persuasion and the maintenance of effective relationships.
• Commitment to uphold company confidentiality and safety protocols.
• Ability to contribute as a team member while also working independently.
• Capacity to exercise independent judgment and make informed decisions.
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet goals within specified timelines.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication is mandatory.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
