Intern Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a Product Manager and engineers to design product features, from understanding problems to delivering solutions.

• Quickly create prototypes using AI tools like Claude and Figma's Make or Code layers.

• Utilize and enhance the Figma design system.

• Engage in user interviews, usability testing, and client discussions.

• Recognize repetitive design processes and automate them through AI.

• Present work during design critiques and both give and receive constructive feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Academic background in Product Design, UX, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• Must be currently enrolled in a program that permits an internship agreement (convenio de prácticas).

• A portfolio showcasing school, side, or bootcamp projects that reflect design thinking.

• An AI-focused workflow that includes research, ideation, prototyping, writing, or some coding.

• Proficient in Figma.

• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and design hierarchy.

• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, receptiveness to feedback, and a sense of ownership.

• Strong communication skills and empathy towards users, stakeholders, and colleagues.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
