Intern – Operations Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming overflow calls and direct them as necessary

• Assist in the evaluation and initial processing of inquiries via the chatbot

• Aid in coordinating visits to partner educational institutions

• Address, categorize, and respond to low-complexity emails

• Engage in regular meetings to review the department’s monthly activities

• Attend weekly team alignment sessions

• Support the upkeep and oversight of the department’s operational spreadsheets

• Enroll new secondary and technical education institutions in the system

• Register courses and refresh records for low-complexity educational institutions

• Respond to students’ fundamental inquiries regarding internship regulations

• Verify documentation and register users in the access management system of the educational institutions

• Manage low-complexity operational tickets using the Zendesk platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program in Business Administration, Marketing Technology, Human Resources Management, Advertising, or a related discipline

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or G Suite

• Comfortable utilizing computerized systems

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Eagerness to undertake tasks that require focus and attention to detail

• Must have at least one year remaining before graduation and/or internship completion

• Must reside in the Federal District or surrounding area
