Intern – Operations Center, Apprentice Hiring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with their registration processes and opportunity postings.

• Maintain and update customer records.

• Register details of the internship program and ensure the database is current.

• Guide users to the appropriate Portal pages according to their requested services.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.

• Deliver support and onboard new customers.

• Help with the maintenance of the customer database.

• Provide technical information concerning products.

• Assist customers through email, phone, and WhatsApp by offering information about processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing Technology, Human Resources Management, Advertising and Marketing Communications, or a related discipline.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

• Comfortable operating computerized systems.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability and eagerness to undertake tasks that require concentration and meticulousness.

• Must have a minimum of one year remaining before graduation and be available to fulfill the internship requirements.
