This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Support the complete contracting process by preparing templates, collecting attachments, routing documents, and monitoring approvals.
• Manage the contract repository by organizing executed agreements and updating contract information.
• Carry out basic invoice processing, confirm coding, and prepare documentation for Finance review.
• Reconcile minor budget line items and assist with monthly expense monitoring and straightforward reporting.
• Input and maintain precise data in Smartsheet, Salesforce, Excel, or other team platforms.
• Address internal requests for documentation, archive retrieval, and contract copies.
• Engage in discussions aimed at process improvement and pilot small automation or tracking enhancements.
• Provide general administrative assistance, which includes scheduling meetings, taking notes, and preparing meeting materials.
• Senior or graduate student pursuing a degree in business, nonprofit management, or health administration.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in data entry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with Smartsheet, Salesforce, or similar CRMs is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple assignments effectively.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of Canva.
• Reliable Wi-Fi connection is necessary.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Remote work must be conducted within the United States, not from a foreign country.
