Intern, Customer Success—ESG & Compliance Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Set up and configure customer instances within the Sunhat software, ensuring data completeness.

• Assist in conducting gap analyses against global sustainability standards such as GRI, CDP, Sedex, and EcoVadis.

• Determine reporting requirements for customer needs.

• Develop clear and comprehensible guidance materials for clients.

• Simplify complex sustainability demands to make them more accessible for customers.

• Analyze and organize frameworks for the internal database management.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation regarding reporting requirements.

• Evaluate recurring manual processes for efficiency.

• Propose ideas for templates and automation, including leveraging AI tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Genuine interest in sustainability issues.

• Eagerness to learn about standards such as GRI, CDP, Sedex, or EcoVadis; prior knowledge is not mandatory.

• Capability to compare data, identify inconsistencies, and clearly communicate findings.

• Willingness to engage with ChatGPT or Claude.

• Quick to learn new software applications.

• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Detail-oriented and methodical in approach to tasks.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.

• Openness to gradually assume greater responsibilities after the onboarding process.
