Intermediate Test Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual functional, regression, and integration testing for enterprise applications.

• Test REST APIs and verify functionality, data accuracy, and interactions among application components.

• Execute data validation using MongoDB or other non-relational databases.

• Analyze requirements, design, execute, and maintain test cases.

• Identify, document, and track defects while verifying fixes.

• Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to ensure thorough test coverage.

• Engage in testing discussions and contribute to the ongoing improvement of QA processes.

• Document testing outcomes and communicate findings, risks, and quality concerns to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of practical experience in manual testing.

• Strong expertise in REST API testing using Postman or comparable tools.

• Experience with non-relational databases, including MongoDB, for data validation.

• Familiarity with cloud environments and cloud-based applications.

• Proficient in designing, executing, and maintaining test cases and related documentation.

• Understanding of software testing methodologies, test design techniques, and QA best practices.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English.

• Preferred: practical experience with AWS.

• Preferred: familiarity with POS systems or payment processing workflows.

• Preferred: experience in testing complex enterprise applications with multiple integrations.
