Intermediate Software Engineer – .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Deliver SL2 support and address production challenges.

• Respond to merchant inquiries and resolve technical issues.

• Work closely with the SL1 Team to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Maintain product stability by addressing data discrepancies and ensuring smooth transaction processing.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for merchants/clients, including those related to transactions, gateways, devices, and integrations.

• Oversee and sustain application health through batch jobs, ETL processes, and gateway communications utilizing the HealthCheck Application.

• Support new clients in the integration of applications and services.

• Provide a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in React.js.

• Practical experience with the .NET framework and development environment (Microsoft Visual Studio), including C# and ASP.NET MVC.

• Solid understanding of REST/SOAP APIs along with practical experience in system integration.

• Familiarity with message queue systems.

• Experience with the Entity Framework ORM and SQL Server, including stored procedures and ETL tasks.

• Proficient in Git.

• Skilled in debugging, identifying root causes of issues, and efficiently resolving coding challenges.

• Strong abilities in task breakdown, adaptability to shifting priorities, and a dedication to quality.

• Demonstrated proactivity, teamwork capabilities, and a solid sense of accountability.

• Upper-Intermediate+ level of English proficiency.

• Preferred: experience in technical support roles within the fintech and payment processing sector.
