Intelligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee developments related to travel that may affect employees.

• Offer initial assistance to travelers and help resolve any issues.

• Aid in coordinating secure transportation and vetted third-party service providers.

• Assist with pre-trip advisories, briefings, and outreach to travelers.

• Provide support during travel-related incidents and assist travelers in distress.

• Review forthcoming events and prepare situational summaries that include geofencing, tactical intelligence, and weather insights.

• Conduct focused monitoring during event periods and escalate any concerns.

• Establish and manage mass-notification groups for events.

• Monitor real-time alerts, evaluate their relevance, and escalate as per established workflows.

• Compose succinct alerts, situation updates, and rapid assessments.

• Offer on-demand assistance to internal intelligence teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in history, political science, intelligence analysis, criminal justice, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in intelligence or a role within a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).

• Familiarity with global risk intelligence and incident response software.

• Experience with emergency mass notification systems.

• Proficiency with travel risk management software platforms.

• Experience in a collaborative setting, such as a government or corporate GSOC, emergency operations center, or a major urban area fusion center.

• Ability to evaluate open-source information, including media, social media, and unclassified government websites for incident analysis.

• Fluency in Japanese or Chinese is a valuable asset.

• Verification of employment authorization through E-Verify/Form I-9 during the onboarding process.
