This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans for designated integration partners to enhance sales growth, market share, and sustainable business success.
• Establish and nurture relationships with business leaders, sales personnel, and technical decision-makers across integrator accounts.
• Recognize growth potential and promote the adoption of the Integrated Audio Brands portfolio.
• Grasp customer goals, project pipelines, and market trends to refine forecasting and reveal opportunities.
• Propel demand generation by positioning Electro-Voice, Dynacord, and Bosch solutions early in the design and specification phases.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Business Development teams to develop customer-centric growth strategies.
• Organize product training, enablement initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
• Assist with new product launches by informing, training, and positioning within strategic accounts.
• Perform regular business assessments and create account action plans.
• Track sales performance and devise strategies to surpass revenue and business objectives.
• Collect competitive and market insights and propose growth initiatives.
• Maintain account plans, forecasts, and opportunity pipelines utilizing company sales tools and reporting systems.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 5–10+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Account Management, or Business Development within the Pro AV sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing strategic integrator, enterprise, or channel partner relationships while achieving sales targets.
• Solid understanding of the systems integration channel and the commercial audiovisual market.
• Capability to build trustworthy customer relationships and influence decision-makers at various organizational levels.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions to provide customer-focused solutions.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills for technical, business, and executive audiences.
• Strong business insight and analytical abilities to interpret sales data, identify trends, and formulate account strategies.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and skilled at prioritizing multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Skilled in using Power BI.
• Advanced Excel capabilities, including PivotTables, charts, and formulas, are preferred.
• Willing to travel approximately 50–75% across North America.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A valid passport is required.
