This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define, oversee, and implement technical requirements for strategic clients utilizing Ashby alongside custom-built HCM integrations.
• Provide guidance to customers on integration best practices, technical setups, and reaching their business objectives.
• Collaborate with customers leveraging knowledge about integrations and integrated products to facilitate rapid onboarding with Ashby.
• Spearhead customer-facing technical initiatives and manage intricate integration projects.
• Oversee project timelines, key milestones, stakeholder coordination, and delivery expectations.
• Navigate change management processes and assist customers in adapting to new systems and methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering, Implementation Specialists, Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Identify common customer opportunities and enhance internal processes.
• Act as the customer advocate and relay their feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously and utilize metrics to evaluate success.
• Mentor customers and potentially serve as a Workday Subject Matter Expert during pre-sales discussions.
• Significant experience in managing and executing enterprise HCM integrations, particularly with Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle, and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience in defining integration tasks, aligning stakeholders, communicating project plans, managing milestones, and delivering outcomes.
• Workday HCM certification is desirable but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with complex people-technology or ERP integrations, including technical solution design and troubleshooting.
• Strong grasp of complex products and their technical details.
• Experience in customer implementations, integration best practices, technical configurations, and change management.
• Capacity to manage several concurrent, multithreaded projects and prioritize based on customer and business requirements.
• Data-driven mindset utilizing metrics and analytics to guide decisions and evaluate success.
• Ability to serve as a Workday subject matter expert during pre-sales discussions as needed.
• Technical expertise coupled with consultative customer-advisory skills.
• Effective communication skills, with an ability to clarify and simplify complex concepts.
• Capability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to mentor customers and enhance processes and workflows.
• Openness to work remotely.
• Preferred location is within the Eastern Standard Time zone.
