Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish, configure, and initiate Clever and ClassLink rostering and SSO integrations for school and district clients.

• Act as the primary technical liaison for district IT administrators throughout the onboarding process.

• Diagnose synchronization and login issues, such as missing students, duplicate accounts, incorrect mappings, and SSO errors.

• Oversee integration health and proactively address synchronization failures.

• Manage Epic applications within the Clever and ClassLink partner portals, including app configurations, data-sharing scopes, and district requests.

• Collaborate with Engineering to replicate bugs, create tickets, and test solutions and new integration features.

• Educate Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams on integrations and customer expectations.

• Develop and update help-center articles, internal runbooks, and setup documentation.

• Monitor integration metrics and suggest process enhancements.

• Assist during back-to-school periods with high volumes of rostering.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in a technical support, implementation, or integration position, preferably within K–12 edtech.

• Practical experience in administering or supporting Clever and/or ClassLink, particularly with rostering and SSO.

• Strong understanding of K–12 rostering data, including details on students, teachers, sections, schools, and SIS data flows.

• Proficient knowledge of SSO concepts, such as OAuth and SAML.

• Experience with identity providers like Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Comfortable working with CSVs, spreadsheets, and API responses to identify data issues.

• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating patience with non-technical educators and district IT personnel.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple district setups simultaneously.

• Knowledge of student data privacy regulations, including FERPA, COPPA, and state privacy agreements.
