Integration Manager – Healthcare

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee integration projects with hospital clients and software partners, managing the process from requirements collection to go-live.

• Ensure alignment of requirements, data flows, and timelines with interface specialists on both the client and partner sides.

• Facilitate implementation efforts among all stakeholders involved.

• Offer technical assistance during sales conversations and assess the feasibility of proposed integrations at an early stage.

• Create and configure interfaces on the company side utilizing Mirth Connect.

• Design and maintain interface converters using HL7, FHIR, XML, and other relevant formats.

• Provide second-level support for production interfaces, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

• Further enhance the Information Security Management System (ISMS) for the division.

• Report directly to the CTO while collaborating closely with the Health & Care team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience.

• Expertise in development, particularly in the area of interface converters.

• Enjoy engaging directly with customers and partners.

• Familiarity with structured data formats such as XML and similar formats.

• Native-level proficiency in German (C2).

• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Nice to have: Experience with Mirth Connect.

• Nice to have: Knowledge of HL7 and/or FHIR.

• Nice to have: Experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in hospital and hospital information system (HIS) environments.
