Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between business operations and development teams for integrations.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and business aspects of integrations.

• Oversee client and supplier integrations specifically within the travel sector.

• Develop requirements and functional specifications that cater to both business and development teams.

• Conduct testing of API endpoints and analyze logs using tools like Postman.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organizational structure.

• Engage in proactive communication with internal teams and clients.

• Detect and address integration-related issues effectively.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in managing client and supplier integrations in the travel industry.

• Knowledge of various business and distribution models in the industry (OTA, bedbank, TMC, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing positions.

• Previous sales experience is a plus.

• Capability to interpret and understand technical documentation, including API specifications and JSON/XML.

• Proficient in utilizing tools like Postman for endpoint testing and log reviews.

• Expertise in project management software such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Skillful in drafting requirements and functional specifications for both business and development teams.

• Strong analytical abilities, capable of identifying and resolving issues; process-oriented yet practical.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently while staying organized.

• Exceptional communication skills with internal teams and clients; proactive and willing to voice concerns when discrepancies arise.

• Professional-level proficiency in both English and Chinese.
