Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between business operations and development for integrations.

• Possess a comprehensive understanding of both technical and business aspects of integrations.

• Provide support to the Customer Solutions team.

• Oversee client and supplier integrations within the travel sector.

• Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously.

• Draft requirements and functional specifications for both business and development teams.

• Conduct testing of API endpoints and analyze logs using tools like Postman.

• Identify and address integration issues.

• Engage in communication with internal teams and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in client and supplier integrations within the travel industry.

• Knowledge of various business and distribution models within the sector (OTA, bedbank, TMC, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles.

• Sales experience is a plus.

• Ability to interpret and understand technical documentation, including API specifications and JSON/XML.

• Proficient in using tools like Postman for endpoint testing and log analysis.

• Familiarity with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Capable of drafting requirements and functional specifications that cater to both business and development teams.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to pinpoint and solve issues; process-oriented yet pragmatic.

• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently while remaining organized and detail-oriented.

• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and clients; proactive in raising concerns when discrepancies arise.

• Professional-level proficiency in both English and Chinese.
