Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between business operations and development teams for integration processes.

• Grasp both the technical and business aspects of integrations.

• Provide support to the Customer Solutions team.

• Oversee client and supplier integrations within the travel sector.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Engage in communication with internal teams and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in managing client and supplier integrations within the travel industry.

• Knowledge of various business and distribution models in the industry (OTA, bedbank, TMC, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles.

• Sales experience is a plus.

• Ability to interpret and understand technical documentation, including API specifications and JSON/XML.

• Proficiency in using tools like Postman for testing endpoints or reviewing logs.

• Experience with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.

• Capability to draft requirements and functional specifications for both business and development teams.

• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for problem identification and resolution.

• Process-oriented yet practical in approach.

• Skillful in managing multiple projects at once while maintaining organization.

• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and clients.

• Proactive attitude and readiness to address inconsistencies.

• Professional-level proficiency in English and Chinese.
