Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between business operations and development teams for customer integrations.

• Comprehend both the technical and business aspects of integrations.

• Oversee client and supplier integrations within the travel sector.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients.

• Identify and troubleshoot integration issues.

• Draft requirements and functional specifications for both business and development teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in client and supplier integrations within the travel industry.

• Knowledge of various business and distribution models in the sector (OTA, bedbank, TMC, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing positions.

• Capability to read and interpret technical documentation: API specifications, JSON/XML, and proficiency in using tools like Postman to test endpoints or analyze logs.

• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Ability to create requirements and functional specifications that cater to both business and development teams.

• Strong analytical abilities to identify and solve problems; process-oriented yet practical.

• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organization and oversight.

• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and clients; proactive in addressing discrepancies.

• Professional-level proficiency in both English and Chinese.
