Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between business operations and development for customer integrations.

• Grasp both the technical and business aspects of integrations.

• Oversee client and supplier integrations within the travel sector.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Detect and address integration challenges.

• Draft requirements and functional specifications for both business and development teams.

• Engage in communication with internal teams and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in client and supplier integrations within the travel industry.

• Knowledge of various business and distribution models in the industry (OTA, bedbank, TMC, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles.

• Proven sales experience is a plus.

• Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation, including API specifications and JSON/XML.

• Comfortable using tools like Postman to test endpoints or review logs.

• Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar applications.

• Capable of writing requirements and functional specifications that cater to both business and development teams.

• Strong analytical abilities, capable of identifying and resolving issues; process-oriented yet pragmatic.

• Skilled in managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining organization.

• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and clients; proactive and willing to raise concerns when discrepancies arise.

• Professional-level fluency in English and Chinese.
