Integration Implementation Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Comply with HealthStream security policies, procedures, and required training.

• Oversee tasks across various software implementation projects concurrently.

• Manage the complete lifecycle execution of the integrations workstream from requirements gathering to go-live and stabilization.

• Monitor, track, and report on integration progress, risks, delays, and dependencies.

• Maintain responsibility for the successful delivery of integrations within project timelines and scope.

• Lead the requirements gathering process and convert business needs into technical interface design specifications.

• Align integration timelines with project plans and key milestones.

• Assist clients with the configuration, construction, testing, and deployment of interfaces utilizing HL7, APIs, XML, and flat file imports.

• Diagnose and resolve interface and data integrity challenges.

• Manage integration risks associated with data quality, dependencies, and interoperability.

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational security standards.

• Develop and sustain interface specifications, mapping documents, and other technical documentation.

• Facilitate project meetings focused on integration and track action items.

• Convert business requirements into technical solutions for technical teams and stakeholders.

• Conduct data and business analysis and suggest enhancements for data integrity and normalization.

• Monitor workstream metrics and communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and HSTM executive leadership.

• Support post-go-live stabilization and transition to support teams.

• Present at user conferences and webinars.

• Comprehend HSTM software functionality and assist clients in achieving their business objectives.

• Adhere to established implementation standard operating procedures.

• Travel to client locations as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• PMP certification is preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare IT interface development and support.

• 3–5 years of experience in software implementations or technical projects.

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and project management tools, including MS Project, Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent technical project management and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in HL7, APIs, XML, and flat file integrations.

• Experience with integration engines such as Corepoint, Rhapsody, Cloverleaf, or similar.

• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Python or Perl scripting.

• Knowledge of Epic, Cerner, and data warehouse environments.

• Understanding of HIPAA regulations.

• Experience in risk management.

• Strong client-facing customer service skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

• Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

• Effective negotiation skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Capability to own and drive integration deliverables within complex implementation programs.

• Keen attention to detail in technical documentation and validation.

• Collaborative mindset when working with cross-functional teams.

• Proactive and solutions-focused approach to risk management.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
