Integration Engineer, French Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Partner with clients to grasp their technical integration requirements and guide them throughout the integration journey.

• Offer expert advice on integrating with Constructor's APIs and leveraging open-source libraries effectively.

• Assist in addressing technical hurdles and integration challenges in collaboration with Customer Success teams.

• Ensure proper configuration of product catalogs, which includes uploading catalog data, setting up facets, search functionalities, sort orders, and retrieving results.

• Serve as a bridge between clients and various technical resources, responding swiftly to inquiries with clear and comprehensive explanations.

• Maintain documentation of customer interactions, prevalent issues, and their solutions.

• Enhance integration documentation and streamline customer onboarding processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer support or technical support positions.

• Familiarity with RESTful web services, APIs, and best practices in integration.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding customer support.

• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.

• Proficiency in the French language.

• Understanding of structured data formats (JSON, CSV) and fundamental search/index concepts.

• Knowledge of debugging tools like browser developer tools, API clients (e.g., Postman), or logs.

• Experience with A/B testing, both server-side and client-side contexts, as well as network request routing/HTTP.

• Familiarity with open-source libraries, JavaScript web application development, and integration patterns.
