Integrated Solutions Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operational execution of assigned EMR integration and optimization projects from the planning stage through to launch and follow-up.

• Keep documentation updated for customer workflows, implementation requirements, readiness, decisions, risks, dependencies, and actions.

• Facilitate the resolution of operational challenges by connecting stakeholders, addressing routine issues, and escalating risks as necessary.

• Conduct internal and customer working sessions to clarify requirements, evaluate readiness, resolve execution queries, and define next steps for project recruitment efforts.

• Evaluate downstream effects and independently progress multiple initiatives, prioritizing tasks and suggesting practical adjustments.

• Identify necessary stakeholders, inputs, and decisions crucial for successful implementation and optimization.

• Organize customer-readiness activities, which include workflow documentation, communication strategies, launch resources, training logistics, and post-launch follow-up.

• Develop understanding of customer and EMR workflows to proactively address needs and routine execution queries.

• Recognize recurring execution challenges and enhance templates, handoffs, workflows, and operational routines.

• Document lessons learned and contribute to standardized playbooks, workflow diagrams, and onboarding resources.

• Utilize company systems and data to track readiness, workflow performance, utilization, and opportunities for improvement.

• Implement approved automation and AI-enabled tools to minimize administrative workload and enhance information quality while ensuring review and confidentiality.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience, a master's degree with relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experience supporting or delivering cross-functional initiatives in healthcare, diagnostics, technology, implementation, operations, customer success, or a similar environment.

• Ability to independently organize tasks, manage competing priorities, and drive assigned deliverables to completion.

• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to differentiate routine execution decisions from those requiring escalation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that are clear and credible across various functions and organizational levels.

• Quick learning ability regarding healthcare technology, diagnostic laboratory, customer workflows, and EMR integration concepts.

• Proficiency in common business and collaboration tools.

• Sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive information.

• Adaptive is not currently sponsoring candidates who require work authorization support for this position.

• Preferred: 3 or more years of relevant experience, including ownership of defined workstreams or implementation activities.

• Preferred: Familiarity with EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, Oracle Health/Cerner, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, or OncoEMR.

• Preferred: Experience in oncology, molecular diagnostics, laboratory operations, digital health, or healthcare technology.

• Preferred: Experience coordinating testing, workflow changes, customer launches, or post-launch optimization activities.
