Integrated Master Scheduler

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the Integrated Master Schedule that aligns with the portfolio’s Integrated Master Plan, roadmap, and work breakdown structure.

• Integrate schedules across various initiatives, workstreams, and stakeholders.

• Oversee milestones, dependencies, and coordination points among security, facilities, and related programs.

• Monitor cross-initiative dependencies, risks, and changes while maintaining associated documentation.

• Establish governance processes for scheduling, including cadence, baselining, and change control.

• Execute critical path analyses and assess schedule impacts.

• Assist in program controls integration encompassing cost, risk, and performance tracking.

• Create executive dashboards and reports for leadership insights.

• Facilitate schedule reviews, meetings, and governance discussions.

• Mentor team members and advocate for standardized scheduling practices.

• Lead project teams in addressing complex business challenges for clients.

• Collaborate with the management team to enhance portfolio visibility, coordination, and disciplined execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in program scheduling or program controls.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust clearance.

• Preference for candidates with an active Public Trust or suitability clearance.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex programs is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar scheduling tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with critical path analysis and schedule risk assessment is preferred.

• Knowledge of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Integrated Master Planning is preferred.

• Experience supporting federal clients is preferred.

• Background in security, facilities, or infrastructure programs is preferred.

• PMP or PMI-SP certification is preferred.

• Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) or DCMA schedule health metrics is preferred.

• Experience in developing and utilizing portfolio dashboards like Power BI or Tableau is preferred.

• Comfort and willingness to utilize AI where appropriate is preferred.
