This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Educate patients and their caregivers about the application and enrollment procedures.

• Collaborate closely with patients, caregivers, the Patient's Case Manager, and various inter-departmental teams.

• Ensure a swift and efficient process to assist clients in accessing Care.

• Deliver a seamless customer service experience.

• Facilitate a smooth, comprehensive, and effective enrollment process for potential clients into the SFC program.

• Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from prospective clients, caregivers, or individuals awaiting enrollment.

• Maintain a substantial open caseload until the enrollment process is finalized.

• Consistently achieve monthly goals for completing Start of Care (SOC) tasks.

• Provide outstanding customer service and foster a positive experience.

• Communicate with Case Management agencies regarding patient authorizations.

• Navigate various systems and portals to assess eligibility and secure authorization.

• Meet monthly targets for new enrollees.

• Manage data entry, scheduling, and document uploads efficiently.

• Initiate communications regarding patient enrollment confirmations or rejections.


⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a high-volume inbound and outbound call setting.

• Driven to assist patients and caregivers while exceeding open case targets and metrics.

• Maintain composure and patience when interacting with clients.

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to effectively resolve issues over the phone.

• Proficient in computer use.

• Strong typing abilities.

• Capable of leveraging technology to identify, research, and resolve customer issues.

• High attention to detail.

• Metrics-oriented.

• Exceptional time management skills.

• High empathy and a collaborative team player.

• Flexibility and adaptability as the role and responsibilities may evolve.

• Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.

• Experience in healthcare or startup environments.

• Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
