This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Review and verify client documentation to ensure all necessary information is complete and accurate.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate seamless workflows during the intake process.
• Input data into case management systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding the intake process.
• Monitor intake queues across multiple client and internal systems.
• Ensure that all cases are processed in a timely manner, in alignment with service level agreements.
• Maintain precision while managing large volumes of data and ensuring adherence to established procedures.
• Address and resolve issues related to the intake process.
• Deliver clear and professional written and verbal communication to clients and team members.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adapt to new technologies, processes, and fluctuations in workload as necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others in a friendly and team-oriented manner.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to multitask and adjust to ongoing changes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage substantial volumes of data accurately.
• Proficient in legal and case management software as well as the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid understanding of intake processes within the default services or legal fields.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to process enhancement.
• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods while conducting data entry, reviewing documents, or coordinating with clients.
• Proficient use of hands and fingers for typing, operating office machinery, and managing documentation.
• Ability to read and assess printed and digital documents, including fine text, on screens or paper.
