📋 Description

• Oversee incoming inquiries from potential clients, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Assist individuals throughout the intake process, clarifying subsequent steps and necessary information.

• Collect precise information to assess suitability and eligibility.

• Keep organized records of inquiries, interactions, intake results, trackers, and associated systems.

• Connect with potential clients, build rapport, and identify their needs.

• Clearly and accurately convey services, processes, and requirements.

• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure no opportunities are overlooked.

• Communicate through phone, email, and various other channels.

• Address questions and concerns, escalating complex issues as needed.

• Take responsibility for inquiries throughout the intake process and complete any outstanding tasks.

• Adhere to protocols while seeking ways to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.

• Balance competing priorities while upholding service quality and accuracy.

• Prior experience in sales, client intake, admissions, lead management, or a comparable customer-facing position is required.

• Exceptional English communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• High confidence in communicating with individuals via phone and written channels.

• Proven capability to manage inquiries, perform follow-ups, and guide individuals through a process.

• Strong organizational skills paired with meticulous attention to detail.
