Intake Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Support the management and organization of clinical services for patients entering CARD.

• Assist with diagnostic evaluations and incoming intake assessments through clinical observation, evaluation, and report writing for CARD ABA services.

• Collect and document essential information, evaluate needs, and coordinate services to ensure access to ongoing care and support.

• Deliver precise assessment, evaluation, and treatment to patients.

• Oversee and organize incoming patients through the CARD Admissions process.

• Aid in updating and executing patient admission and intake workflows and processes.

• Collaborate with various departments to guarantee adherence to standards and regulations.

• Contribute to ensuring that services surpass CARD’s clinical quality standards.

• Gather and record patient progress data with a high degree of accuracy.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

• Foster a safe and supportive environment.

• Maintain precise and timely records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

• Represent CARD in a professional and ethical manner.

• Follow CARD policies and procedures diligently.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.

• Experience with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Ability to uphold strict confidentiality at all times.

• Capability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• Ability to work independently and solve problems as they arise.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent time management skills along with adaptability.

• Capacity to perform in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance may be required for certain locations.

• Ability to sit for extended periods.

• Proficiency in using a phone and participating in teleconferences.
