Intake Client Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Oversee a queue of incoming documents to establish new clients and update current clients in the CRM system.

• Evaluate Medical Service Authorizations and associated medical documentation; close accounts as necessary.

• Communicate and follow up with Agency Case Managers through email, State Portal Messaging, and phone calls.

• Identify and resolve account issues effectively.

• Collaborate with Logistics, Customer Care, Billing, and Compliance teams.

• Provide support to other departments regarding Intake-related inquiries.

• Function within service level agreements while ensuring accuracy in billing and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Prior experience in Data Entry is preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Capacity to resolve issues promptly.

• Competence in navigating multiple computer systems, applications, and utilizing search tools for information retrieval.

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt as required in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to maintain high production and quality standards.

• Effective in both team-oriented and independent work environments.

• Genuine enthusiasm and passion for assisting others.

• Previous experience adhering to company policies and embodying core values.

• Must possess a wired internet connection via an ethernet port; broadband internet wired to the home is mandatory (Cable Modem/service or Fiber Optic); no Satellite, 4/5G, or DSL connections are allowed.
