📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate verification processes for documents, transactions, and data to guarantee accuracy and adherence to company policies.

• Evaluate and secure authorizations in line with established guidelines and procedures.

• Engage with internal teams and external partners to address discrepancies and gather necessary information.

• Maintain comprehensive records of verification and authorization activities for audit and reporting purposes.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and minimize errors in verification and authorization workflows.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company standards during all verification and authorization activities.

• Provide prompt updates and reports to management regarding the status and issues related to verification and authorization tasks.

• Demonstrated experience in verification, authorization, or similar administrative roles.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.

• Proficient in office software and database management systems.

• Knowledge of compliance standards and regulatory requirements pertinent to the industry.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Experience in customer service and healthcare.

• High school diploma or GED.
