Insurance Specialist, French – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Challenge sophisticated language models by discussing insurance-related topics and real-world scenarios.

• Engage in conversations with the model in both English and French.

• Ensure the accuracy of facts and the logical consistency of industry-related matters.

• Document reproducible error traces and detail the modes of failure.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Provide insurance expertise to enhance AI training data concerning financial literacy, risk assessment, claims automation, customer experience, and regulatory compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French.

• In-depth knowledge of underwriting, claims processing, policy design, actuarial analysis, reinsurance, and risk management.

• Comprehensive understanding of insurance regulations and practices in French-speaking regions.

• Familiarity with life, health, property, casualty, and commercial insurance.

• Understanding of fraud detection, regulatory frameworks, and effective customer communication.

• Capacity to interact with AI models in both English and French.

• Ability to verify the accuracy of facts and the logic of the industry.

• Skill in documenting reproducible error traces.

• Capability to recommend improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills with the ability to "show your work."

• Professional certifications like CPCU or AIC indicate a suitable fit.

• A master’s degree in insurance, finance, business administration, actuarial science, or a closely related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
