This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Engage with advanced language models by presenting real-world insurance scenarios and technical inquiries.

• Interact with the model in both English and French.

• Assess factual accuracy and industry-related logic.

• Document reproducible error traces.

• Recommend enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Record instances of model failures to enhance reasoning, financial literacy, risk analysis, claims automation, customer experiences, and adherence to regulatory standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong background in insurance encompassing underwriting, claims processing, policy development, actuarial analysis, reinsurance, and risk management.

• In-depth understanding of insurance practices and regulations applicable to French-speaking regions.

• Specialized knowledge in life, health, property, casualty, and commercial insurance.

• Familiarity with fraud detection, regulatory standards, and effective customer communication.

• Proficiency in French.

• Capability to communicate fluently in both English and French.

• Ability to convey thoughts clearly and demonstrate problem-solving processes.

• Relevant professional insurance certifications like CPCU or AIC indicate suitability.

• Practical experience in the insurance sector suggests a good fit.
