Insurance Specialist – Fluent in French, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Algeria.

📋 Description

• Engage with advanced language models in both English and French regarding practical insurance scenarios and technical inquiries.

• Challenge models on topics such as underwriting, claims processing, policy design, actuarial analysis, reinsurance, risk management, insurance products, fraud detection, regulatory frameworks, and customer communication.

• Verify the accuracy of facts and industry logic.

• Document instances of model failures.

• Capture reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in creating high-quality training data for AI applications related to financial literacy, risk analysis, claims automation, customer experiences, and regulatory compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in French.

• Conversational fluency in both English and French regarding practical insurance scenarios and technical inquiries.

• Expertise in underwriting, claims processing, policy design, actuarial analysis, reinsurance, and risk management.

• Extensive understanding of insurance practices and regulations in French-speaking regions.

• Familiarity with life, health, property, casualty, and commercial insurance.

• Knowledge of fraud detection, regulatory frameworks, and customer communication.

• Capability to verify factual accuracy and industry logic.

• Ability to capture reproducible error traces.

• Skill in suggesting improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Excellent metacognitive communication skills and the ability to "show your work."

• Professional insurance certification (e.g., CPCU, AIC) is indicative of a good fit.

• Practical experience in the insurance industry is a strong indicator of fit.
