Insurance Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide consultative insurance sales experiences that foster long-term customer trust.

• Manage incoming calls related to auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.

• Inform customers about potential savings and identify coverage gaps.

• Simplify complex policy information into understandable options.

• Create customized policy packages from over 55 carrier partners.

• Complete and secure insurance coverage.

• Address customer concerns and hesitations with empathy.

• Relay customer feedback to the product team to enhance the app and service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments.

• A genuine sense of empathy, warmth, and effective listening skills.

• A strong passion for assisting others.

• Capability to juggle competing priorities while upholding high service standards and attention to detail.

• Must currently reside in an eligible state: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

• Full-time position.

• A Property & Casualty (P&C) license is expected within two weeks of starting; the employer will cover the licensing costs.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S., with visa sponsorship requirements addressed in the application.
