Insurance Product Manager

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the performance of the pet insurance portfolio, ensuring a balance of growth, profitability, and customer value.

• Spearhead the development and launch of new products, features, and enhancements.

• Utilize insights from customers, market trends, and competitors to create innovative propositions.

• Collaborate with Pricing and Underwriting teams to bolster portfolio performance and achieve fair value outcomes.

• Foster data-driven decisions through trading reviews, performance analysis, and customer feedback.

• Lead cross-functional teams in executing product initiatives from concept to implementation.

• Ensure that products comply with FCA requirements, meet Consumer Duty expectations, and adhere to internal governance standards.
