Insurance Defense Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee a caseload

• Prepare motions and status reports

• Frequently manage court appearances and depositions

• Become a part of the expanding Connecticut practice group

• Represent insurance companies and their policyholders in litigation throughout Connecticut and New York jurisdictions

• Work collaboratively with attorneys in an engaging, supportive, and friendly atmosphere

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a recognized law school

• Licensed to practice in Connecticut

• Admission to practice in New York is advantageous

• Over one year of experience in litigating insurance defense cases in Connecticut State courts, including managing depositions

• Excellent organizational, time management, writing, and interpersonal skills are essential
