• Reach out to warm leads to arrange appointments.

• Assist families in evaluating coverage options and applying for protection.

• Guide applications through the underwriting process until families are fully insured.

• Support families who have expressed a need for assistance with life insurance-related products.

• Prioritize service over cold prospecting; all leads are warm and incoming.

• Possess a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one.

• Must be a citizen of the United States.

• Have access to a computer and phone to assist clients.

• Maintain a reliable internet connection.

• Comfortable working independently in a performance-oriented setting.

• Be at ease with a 100% commission-based compensation structure.

• Demonstrate discipline and accountability.

• Communicate honestly and confidently.

• Be passionate about helping families make informed financial choices.

• Open to developing leadership skills over time.
