This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create and implement onboarding training programs for new employees in the Insurance Payables or AR/Direct Bill sectors.
• Perform quality assessments on accounting transactional activities.
• Assist with system and process modifications while providing monthly performance metrics.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance accounting processes.
• Generate training completion reports and work collaboratively on special initiatives.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in insurance accounting is required.
• In-depth understanding of AP, AR, and/or Direct Bill workflows is essential.
• Previous experience in training, mentoring, or roles focused on quality review is necessary.
• A solid grasp of accounting systems and processes is important.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills are a must.
