Bilingual Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Provide engaging and well-structured training to new customer experience representatives.

• Conduct virtual training sessions effectively.

• Clarify processes, procedures, systems, and expectations for customer service.

• Implement various teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.

• Assess learner comprehension and identify areas needing improvement.

• Execute knowledge assessments, practical exercises, role plays, and activities.

• Offer constructive feedback and coaching throughout the training process.

• Assist learners who need extra support.

• Prepare new hires for their transition from training to production.

• Collaborate with Team Leads and management to ensure learners are ready.

• Keep precise training records and communicate the progress of learners.

• Adjust training delivery as processes, systems, or requirements evolve.

• Foster a positive, professional, and accountable learning atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in BPO/contact center training.

• Essential background in healthcare/medical customer experience.

• Previous experience in training customer service/contact center teams.

• Minimum of 1 year of remote work experience.

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English.

• Strong presentation and communication abilities.

• Confident in delivering training in a virtual format.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with new systems and platforms.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Patient and approachable, with the ability to coach various types of learners.

• Strong team-oriented mindset.

• Willingness to work during U.S. business hours.

• Available to start immediately.

• Must have a reliable computer, internet connection, headset, and appropriate remote workspace.

• Comfortable working as an Independent Contractor.

• Windows 11 PC required; Mac is not supported.

• Minimum 16 GB RAM.

• Dual monitors are required.

• Webcam and wired USB headset necessary.

• i5 processor or higher is a must.

• Fibre internet with a wired Ethernet connection is required.

• Backup power solution needed.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams / Office 365.

• Must be a Mexican national currently residing in México.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills are essential.

• An English resume is required.

• Must complete all stages of the hiring process, including a background check.
