Instructional Designer – Services Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Create web-based, instructor-led, blended, and virtual learning solutions that align with client learning objectives.

• Obtain learning objectives and source materials from client subject matter experts, converting them into instructional content.

• Structure content into a coherent instructional flow suitable for the learner audience, considering their culture and expertise level.

• Address client design requirements, escalations, and risk inquiries related to instructional design and subject matter expert concerns.

• Update or redesign learning solutions based on client feedback and changing project needs.

• Complete instructional design projects punctually and within budget constraints.

• Ensure that learning materials adhere to instructional design best practices and meet client expectations.

• Follow company policies and standards diligently.

• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
