Instructional Designer, Global Sales Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and develop e-learning modules, blended learning resources, and performance support tools that align with established learning objectives.

• Utilize authoring, visual design, and sanctioned artificial intelligence tools to design and refresh instructional content.

• Collaborate with product marketing, operations, and other subject matter experts to collect information and ensure the accuracy of the content.

• Implement instructional design and user experience principles to produce clear and effective learning experiences.

• Evaluate learning needs with stakeholders and convert capability gaps into targeted content and activities.

• Leverage learner feedback and learning activity data to assess content effectiveness and initiate improvements.

• Oversee the maintenance of existing materials and manage assigned projects, providing updates on progress, dependencies, and competing priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, sales enablement, or a related role in learning-content development, applying instructional design principles and established frameworks.

• Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Rise or similar software, to create structured learning experiences.

• Capable of articulating complex information through concise writing, visual design, and engaging learning activities.

• Proven experience in collaborating with subject matter experts to understand unfamiliar products or processes and develop precise content.

• Background in managing content development tasks and deadlines, integrating feedback, and utilizing learning data to enhance materials.
