Instructional Design & Training Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the instructional design for innovative Spanish and dual-language products.

• Offer a professional developer/practitioner viewpoint on content and best practices.

• Work collaboratively with content developers, authors, and consultants to brainstorm product concepts.

• Create program matrices and scope and sequences aligned with ELA, ELD, and content standards.

• Attend content development meetings to support product conceptualization and prototyping.

• Develop new product prototypes and provide constructive feedback on prototypes created by others.

• Engage in district and state submissions by drafting or reviewing RFP responses.

• Take part in product launch meetings, scrums, and weekly RFP discussions.

• Develop product training scripts for Spanish core and supplemental offerings in collaboration with the Director of Instructional Design and Training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong research-based pedagogical understanding of Spanish literacy, dual language education, and cross-linguistic transfer.

• Familiarity with ELA, ELD, and content standards.

• Professional developer/practitioner insight into instructional content.

• Experience or skills in instructional design, content development, prototyping, scope and sequences, and product training.

• Proficiency in writing and reviewing RFP responses with accuracy and thoroughness.

• Specialized knowledge in Spanish-focused core and supplemental educational products.
