This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver expertise in the design, development, and integration of interactive multimedia and online technologies within educational and professional training settings.

• Enhance learning and performance for the commercial team, which includes sales representatives and managers.

• Execute instructional design tasks adhering to the ADDIE model and best practices in adult learning.

• Create and develop eLearning content utilizing Articulate 360 applications, Vyond, Adobe Suite, and various other creation tools.

• Oversee programs and design curricula.

• Assess existing and prospective learning materials.

• May undertake LMS tasks and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent certification) related to Instructional Design is either completed or in progress.

• Submission of a portfolio is strongly preferred, demonstrating instructional design work produced with tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, and other content development platforms.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to apply independent judgment in line with departmental guidelines.

• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.

• Capability to swiftly identify and prioritize issues, devise solutions, and adhere to deadlines.

• Proven ability to analyze and solve problems.

• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Employment visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.

• Commitment of 16+ hours per week is required.
