Institutional Client Services, LATAM – 12 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison for Binance's most valued customers and institutions across a range of products.

• Deliver timely and focused support to institutional and VIP clients via various communication channels.

• Assist and guide VIP clients in integrating with and utilizing Binance's systems, including APIs.

• Offer initial support for account and system-related inquiries.

• Advocate for VIP clients with internal teams in account management, finance, risk, and product development.

• Gather customer insights and oversee projects to implement product change requests.

• Keep customers informed about system and product updates to ensure they are aware of significant changes promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a client or trading desk support position within financial services.

• Strong understanding of trading platforms and exchanges, along with knowledge of trading orders and execution procedures.

• Capability to act as a client manager, fostering client growth and business development.

• Familiarity with crypto derivative trading products.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, especially when addressing issues under high pressure.

• Excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as required by the business.

• Proficiency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders.

• Practical experience in API trading is highly advantageous.

• Knowledge of cryptocurrency concepts, such as blockchain transactions, is a strong plus.

• Familiarity with derivatives and other trading products, such as futures, is also a strong advantage.
