This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement a comprehensive business strategy for a broad geographic region
• Identify, engage, and foster relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
• Interact with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
• Visit physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, intensive care units, and other relevant locations
• Grasp and convey clear messages in intricate clinical scenarios
• Conduct regular field travel with internal team members, including management and marketing
• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies and efficiencies, capitalizing on high-ROI opportunities
• Achieve or surpass designated sales and profit targets
• Manage and monitor territory-specific data through a CRM system
• Travel as necessary for the territory/role, including air travel
• Execute additional miscellaneous tasks as needed
• Bachelor’s degree
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales
• Capability to work autonomously and manage key account relationships
• Proven track record of sales growth while managing a designated territory
• Documented history of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Business acumen and a strong understanding of complex clinical information
• Ability to communicate intricate clinical messages to healthcare providers in real-time contexts
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Strong presentation skills, including the capacity to present to teams/groups
• Effective interpersonal and virtual engagement skills
• Proficient with CRM tools such as Veeva or Salesforce
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong leadership qualities
• Attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Successful healthcare institution and third-party credentialing required, with the ability to maintain necessary credentialing throughout employment
• Must be able to sit for extended periods
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear
• May occasionally need to climb stairs and/or use elevators
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
• Ability to manipulate a keyboard and operate telephones and handheld devices
