This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.
• Create and implement a strategic business plan for a broad geographical region to target, engage, and build relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Engage with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and various healthcare professionals across multiple medical specialties.
• Conduct visits to physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, intensive care units, and other relevant locations.
• Comprehend and convey clear messages in complex clinical scenarios.
• Participate in periodic field travel with internal team members.
• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies, improve efficiencies, and increase return on investment.
• Achieve or surpass designated sales and profit targets.
• Oversee and maintain territory-specific information utilizing a CRM system.
• Travel as required for the territory, including air travel.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales.
• Ability to work autonomously and cultivate key account relationships.
• Proven track record of sales growth while managing an assigned territory.
• Documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex clinical information.
• Skill in articulating intricate clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real-time situations.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation abilities, including the capacity to present to teams or groups.
• Superior interpersonal and virtual engagement skills.
• Proficient in using a CRM tool such as Veeva or Salesforce.
• Capability to work independently within a team environment.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Successful completion of credentialing with healthcare institutions and third-party credentialing vendors.
• Ability to maintain necessary credentialing throughout employment.
• Capability to sit for extended periods.
• Frequent ability to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
• Ability to occasionally climb stairs and/or use elevators.
• Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
• Proficiency in operating a keyboard, telephone, and handheld devices.
