This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive business strategy across a broad geographical region.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with influential decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Interact with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and various other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct visits to physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, intensive care units, and other relevant locations.
• Deliver clear and concise messages in intricate clinical scenarios.
• Undertake periodic field travel accompanied by internal team members.
• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies, efficiencies, and return on investment.
• Achieve or surpass designated sales and profit targets.
• Oversee and maintain territory-specific information using a CRM system.
• Travel as necessary within the territory, including air travel.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience within the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry.
• Capacity to work autonomously and manage critical account relationships.
• Proven track record of sales growth while overseeing a designated territory.
• Documented history of achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong business insight and ability to comprehend complex clinical information.
• Proficient in communicating intricate clinical messages to healthcare providers in real-time settings.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation capabilities, including speaking to teams and larger groups.
• Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement abilities.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM tools like Veeva or Salesforce.
• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred: Experience with Buy and Bill and injectable products.
• Preferred: Background in Oncology.
• Preferred: Experience in hospital sales/account-based selling and familiarity with P&T/Formulary processes.
• Preferred: Knowledge of local and regional healthcare systems.
• Successful credentialing with healthcare institutions and third-party credentialing vendors; ability to maintain required credentialing during employment.
• Must be capable of sitting for extended periods.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
• Occasional necessity to climb stairs or use elevators.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to operate a keyboard, telephone, and handheld devices.
