This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Formulate and implement a strategic business plan targeting a broad geographical area to engage, penetrate, and build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Reach out to physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals across various medical subspecialties.
• Connect with physician offices, hospital pharmacies, operating rooms, intensive care units, and other relevant locations.
• Comprehend and convey clear messages in intricate clinical scenarios.
• Participate in regular field travel with internal teams, including management and marketing personnel.
• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies and efficiencies while taking advantage of high-ROI opportunities.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales and profit objectives.
• Monitor and manage territory-specific data using a CRM system.
• Travel as necessary for the territory, including air travel.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales.
• Capability to work independently and manage key account relationships effectively.
• Proven record of sales growth while managing your own territory.
• Documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex clinical information.
• Proficient in articulating intricate clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real-time situations.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present to teams and groups.
• Robust interpersonal and virtual engagement capabilities.
• Experience using a CRM tool (i.e., Veeva, Salesforce).
• Self-reliant, with the capacity to collaborate within a team.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Keen attention to detail and follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.).
• Candidates must successfully complete and maintain necessary credentialing with healthcare institutions and third-party credentialing vendors.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods.
• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, and/or hear.
• May occasionally need to climb stairs and/or use elevators.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Must be capable of manipulating a keyboard and operating a telephone and handheld devices.
