Installation Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist with the setup at the job site upon arrival.

• Precisely handle and position aluminum stencils for inlaid field markings.

• Operate straight edges and tools utilized in turf alignment and installation.

• Accurately cut turf materials using scissors and razor knives.

• Install field markings and logos by embedding them into hot glue.

• Inspect turf seams to guarantee high-quality bonding and alignment.

• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the duration of the project.

• Support the final walkthrough of the job site to ensure installation quality.

• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or project manager.

• Adhere to company safety protocols and report any unsafe conditions.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.

• Engage in cross-functional duties and assist colleagues as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.

• Previous experience in construction or field installation is preferred, though not essential.

• Applicants must be at least 21 years old.

• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate is required.

• A clean criminal background is necessary.

• Must successfully pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to travel frequently are essential.

• Capability to perform physical labor, precision cutting, and turf installation tasks.

• Must be able to travel regularly overnight to job sites.
