This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Develop and oversee the analytics strategy for client accounts.
• Gain insights into client businesses and comprehend their media strategies.
• Spearhead the creation of annual learning agendas, testing plans, and analysis roadmaps.
• Provide support for thought leadership as necessary.
• Suggest methods to evaluate media effectiveness and link results to overall business performance.
• Recommend approaches for testing and evaluating current tactics as well as channel expansion.
• Propose ongoing tests and analyses utilizing quantitative methods and statistical techniques.
• Enhance analytical capabilities and solutions, including segmentation, modeling, and campaign evaluations.
• Track technological and industry trends to offer client recommendations.
• Conduct quality control for analysis, reporting, and data visualization.
• Foster cross-functional relationships in the daily execution of analytics projects and initiatives.
• Ensure deliverables meet high standards of quality, timeliness, and alignment with expectations and business needs.
• Provide clear, concise, and actionable insights through effective storytelling.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling through client key phrases and indicators, and escalate these opportunities appropriately.
• Monitor client satisfaction, health, and signals of dissatisfaction.
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics roles.
• Proven ability to collaborate with clients, understand their business needs, and implement quantitative methods.
• Demonstrated success in analyzing data and leveraging analytics tools to inform marketing decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, LTV calculations, and other quantitative methodologies.
• Proficiency in R, Python, and SQL.
• Capability to independently solve problems using R, Python, and SQL.
• Advanced skills in business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, and Metric.
• Advanced knowledge of data architecture, including Snowflake and Redshift.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and allocate time efficiently across clients, partner relationships, and internal projects.
